- Send you newsletters and updates you’ve requested.
- Review your project submission to determine fit for Waterside’s lending programs.
- Contact you to schedule a meeting or respond to your submission.
- Operate and secure our website and email systems.
Our legal basis for processing this data is your consent.
Information submitted through the Submit a Deal form is only retained as long as necessary to assess yourproject and communicate next steps. Once a determination is made, submissions are deleted from oursystem. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.

These providers only process data to operate our services securely. We never sell your information.
Data is stored and processed primarily in the United States. If data is transferred internationally by ourservice providers (such as Brevo), it is protected under appropriate safeguards consistent with applicableU.S. and international privacy standards.
All information submitted through the Submit a Deal form is treated as confidential. It is reviewed only forfunding assessment and to help set up productive early conversations. Waterside does not share projectsubmissions externally or use them for marketing.
